Excellent location and facilities, just ruined on the Monday by a big corporate event that clashed

Excellent peaceful location; nice pool area; food was top class- breakfast in evening meal; lovely room, bathroom, etc in our cabin

Unfortunately there was a corporate event on the afternoon of our 'quiet time' by the pool- this included noise, music and water activities for the company/ clients.

lovely facility, nice swimming pool, fine rooms with very useful balcony. clean and friendly. food was abundant and very tasty with lots of variety. great place to spend a relaxing vacation.

A beautiful and quite place

Wonderful place and view. Nice swimming area, great breakfast, and big nice rooms.

There was not information in English - like the menu from the lobby. It was all in Hebrew.

Exceptional

Need more American stuff for breakfast like pancakes, French toast and such. It was hard for my son to find something he liked. Loved the property layout, our delux chalet was awesome. And finally, the Service was exceptional. Mahmoud in the reception was great. All staff at breakfast were outstanding.

Beautiful views and hotel, very lovely stay

Breakfast was great and dinners were pretty good - sometimes the food was over cooked. The hotel is very scenic. You have to drive to swim in the lake spot took some coordination to remember to bring towels (there are no chairs on the beach).

Very nice amenities. Incredible views. Great breakfast. Would recommend and would stay again.

Location; setting is beautiful; very nice amenities; good amount of space in room; fantastic breakfast; great water pressure. Very nice and helpful staff at the restaurant setting.

We had 2 issues: 1. Another villa room was blasting music late at night. They did get them to stop, but until they did, it was pretty loud in the rooms such the kids could not sleep. They did attend to it, but should have more quickly. It was so loud the staff had to be aware of it but it seemed to require complaining for them to do something about it. 2. One of the shower glass walls was leaking significant water (at a high rate) into the rest of bathroom. To be very fair, they were quick to fix the issue the next day, but it took having to escalate the issue with the manager and push on the manager to take action because it felt like he was dismissing it as foreigners complaining about a little water leakage. It wasn't until we showed the staff member who came by and tried to drop off a squeegee for us to deal with the issue and we had to walk to the main lobby with that staff member where they confirmed it with the manager who then had someone else come by and take a look and reconfirm the issue they got on it and fixed it. It was a little frustrating and unnecessary.

The cabins were nice. I liked the fruit tray and bread.

The fellow at the front desk gave me incorrect information. The incorrect information was the fastest way to get to my cabin and how the breakfast was charged. On check out the gal would not give me a duplicate receipt for my stay.

Overall very happy.

All the staff were professional and friendly.

The only criticism is that for the two nights we had the (buffet) dinner in the hotel there was no fruit available for dessert.

The great and calm place with beautiful view to the Kinneret lake.

There was not any announcement that the hotel in renovation, and the price is full. The breakfast should improved.
